So I'm using AWPCP Classifieds on my WP site. I would like only registered users to post/reply to ads. Got that part done. But I don't them to login to a WP dashboard. I want them to login to the site itself and start posting/replying to ads. Where can I put a redirect link or something so they can do this.

There's a number of ways to handle this.  I tend to like the Theme My Login plugin as it sort of de-WordPresses the login and profile management process.  It also supports redirections on login and logout specific to user roles so your Subscribers can be sent to one place while your Authors go somewhere else.
