Just add a <br> tag after the button

Try

<td style="text-align: center" colspan="3">
	<div style="width:auto;">
		<a href="http://roofgenius.com/DownLoadSetups/RoofCalcWriter10Setup.exe"><img width="119" height="25" border="0" alt="download button" src="http://roofgenius.com/images/DownloadHere.jpg"></img></a>
	</div>
	<div style="text-align:right; margin-top: -22px;">
		<a href="DownloadFaq.asp">Download FAQ</a>
	</div>
</td>

Best way...

Add this to the Download FAQ's span tag...

position: relative;
top: -5px;
left: 0;
