Hi Experts,

I have a 2003 DC with Exchange 2007 installed on it.  We migrated to a hosted exchange solution about 8 months ago and kept the internal exchange for a few legacy apps but now those have gone also and I've begun decommissioning exchange 2007.  Run into a few holdups (OAB and public folder replicas) but overcame them and have uninstalled the mailbox role completely - However, now it's been attempting to uninstall the CAS role for the last 21 hours and 52 minutes.  attached are the end portions of the exchangesetuplogs that might help (I hope).  Bear in mind that we do not need exchange internally for any reason at this time.

Thanks!

Gentlemen - we can close this thread - I found a solution and have uninstalled the exchange system.
