I've an appserver and client application in my system. I created shortcuts to the EXE files and keep in the desktop. Whenever I modify the App.config file of the applications I need to rebuild the solution in order to take them to effect. So that only I launch the shortcut file I could see the modification in my application. How to resolve the issue?<br />

I would like to launch the applications through shorcut even after modifiying the app.config file without recompling the application.<br />
