I found this conversion plugin from pdf to html and wanted to know how to use this freeware. Is there a commandline i can run through this or have to install an additional platform to run it.

extract files, then go to command prompt
go to the location where pdftohtml.exe is available, after that drag pdf file on the same location which you wanted to convert in to html page

C:\pdftohtml-0.38-win32(1)>pdftohtml.exe C:\IRCTC.pdf

Irctc.pdf will get converted on the html page on the same location where PDF file is present.
