VS Remove Framework 4 Client Profile

Hello,

I am not sure if this is a VB.NET question or not, but how can I remove the Client Profile from my Advanced Compiler Settings screen?   Every new project defaults to this and sometimes I forget to go in and change it.  I would like to just remove it.  I tried doing it from the Control Panel, but it gives me an error saying this:

Error
If I can't remove it is there a way to keep new projects from defaulting to it.
