I am not sure how to make this happen. Basically I doing a count in a group footer of calls for everyone. (this is a subreport ) if a user does not have calls they do not show up in the group footer at all (which would be the summary in the main report) this is not the behavior we are looking for. is there anyway to show all users 'count' regardless if they are zero?<br />

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE. It is used to graphically design data connections and report layouts from a wide range of data sources including Excel spreadsheets, Oracle, SQL Server databases and Access databases, BusinessObjects Enterprise business views, and local file-system information.
