Cisco ASA 5505 - ASDM Graph Question

On the ASA 5505 ASDM, device dashboard tab, traffic status section, there's a graph for the outside interface traffic usage.  Blue is for input Kbps and red is for output Kbps.  Default setup, nothing fancy.

Is the input kbps measuring the usage from the inside interface to the outside interface?  Or from the Internet to the outside interface?

Is the output kbps measuring the usage from the outside interface to the Internet?

Thanks

It's Input/output for that interface, so it is input from the Internet to the outside interface and output from the outside interface to the Internet.
