VPN tunnel between ASA 5510 and ASA 5505

i want to create vpn tunnel between asa 5510 and asa 5505, do i need to have WAN ip on same range ? first time creating tunnel need help.

Also want to set up QoS on ASA 5505. please help me. want to use ASDM for it.
