i have assigned an administration of WSUS on win server 2012.I have to generate the report of updates required by each server and send this report to each server administrator like exchange admin, backup admin, antivirus admin, sharepoint admin etc before installing
How can i get the update  report for each server so that each admin could  view the necessary update required by the server before installing.

From the Update Services root, expand your WSUS server, then Computers, then select All Computers.  Check the box at the top of the list to make sure that it is showing the status "Failed or Needed".  Find the computer you want to run the report on in the list and double-click on it.

It will bring up the report for that server.  CLick on the printer icon to print, or the disk icon to save.

Check the individual servers, see which update has the error.  It may be as simple as unapproving the update that is erroring out if that makes sense.  You might also check the system logs of one of the failing servers to see if it gives any reason as to why the update is failing.
