Out of Office reply

User generated imageWe have Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2010.

When some of our users is going to disable Out of office repley Outlook is not responding.

If i restart Outlook and holds ctrl and right click the Outlook icon in the system tray and choose test automatic configuration for e-mail (translated from Swedish) and try again it works.

This happens when they push the button in the attached picture.

Best regards

Some of my users were having an issue where they were getting Outlook to freeze when setting or removing OOA, randomly.

I had to update and restart the exchange server, then it seemed to work fine after reboot.

Setting OOA through the Outlook Web Application was the workaround I used until I had a minute to restart the server.

Hope it helps sir.
