Did you try as

Domain\Username

or user@domain.com ?

What version of webmail are you running? Did it previously work?

Hi agonza07,

I login by user@domain.com
I have no idea about the version
Yes it was working before

Note: I am not hosting my webmail it hosted in somewhere out of my network, I can login if I use other network the problem is only with my network.

Is it an Exchange webmail or another product?

You may want to talk to your hosting provider to make sure they are not restricting access to local network only.

Is it exchange or another product?

What is the difference between the two networks?

Honestly though this seems like something your hosting provider should be able to help you out with.
