Exactly what do you mean by everything is gone?

There is no Microsoft Folder or Outlook application in your Applications folder?

There is no Outlook icon in your dock?

There is an icon in the dock, but it doesn't bounce when you double click on it?

It bounces, but Outlook never starts? Outlook starts but there are no accounts?

We can't help you if you do not describe your problem in detail. Post a screen shot if you can.
