sbs2011 event log error 823 from MSSQL$SHAREPOINT

Ihave attached a screen shot of our sbs2011 server, which reports several errors. We do not use sharepoint, but I do not like to see so many error conditions.

Can anyone advise what is the cause of this and what we need to do to resolve it?

Any help much appreciated.
