calendar attaments in android

i have a user who has android 4.2.2 SG4. he has his calendar items on there. in outlook, one of his calendar items has an attachment pdf. however he cannot view it from his android device. at least not his mailbox anyways.

Look under notes/comments in the calendar event.

another android program that i use is Touchdown by Nitrodesk, works great i think i paid about $9.99 back a year ago.
