Exchange 2008 & Outlook Calendar

Hi All,

A client of mine is having a small issue with outlook calendar entries - they have just found out a few of their calendar entries are missing on quite a few days.

Basically they have a shared calendar to book out a football pitch, one team has the pitch every Monday so this has been entered as a reoccurring calendar entry with no end date.

For example, the entry is showing fine for this week but then disappears for next week and comes back the week after, I thought it might of been an issue with a local OST file caching but this happens on more than one PC - in fact 4 to be exact.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

thanks in advance

Its entirely possible that all 4 PCs could have an issue with the OST cache

Best way to test this is to turn off Cached Exchange mode
Restart outlook and see if the appointment appear

I have tried the OWA and they have dropped off on there too.

I am putting this down to user error as this hasn't happened since.
