How do I fix this so that the drop down buttons work and that the ribbon appears above the  animation?

The animation was created using Wow Slider.

The dropdowns work and the animation appears below the ribbon in IE9, FF21, Chrome 26 for me,    Win7 Ult x64

"Photo Gallery", "Contact Us" and "Home" don't have dropdowns from what i can see

I have been trying to fix it so what you see now is functioning nav bar and a ribbon in place BUT now the animation is behind the scene.  When I put the animation to the forefront, I lose the drop down functionality.
