I like this site.

http://javiercolon.com/

I wanted to use it for inspiration and see how they did something so I could modify the look, make it mine and use on a site I am creating. I  clicked on the source code and this was all that was visible.  How can that be?

<html><head><title>JAVIERCOLON.COM</title><meta name="keywords" content=""</head><frameset rows="100%", *" border="0" frameborder="0"><frame src="http://javiercolon.ning.com" name="JAVIERCOLON.COM"></frameset></html>

it's using an iframe which is essentially an inner window, referencing the src:
http://javiercolon.ning.com/

if you were to go there and view the source you would see the full code.

Be careful not to plagarize.
