Excel - Compare to columns and highlight diferences in a third row

Hi Experts.

I need an easy way to compare the differences between 2 columns of excel data, and highlight the diferences to a third column on the same sheet,
I'm not really clued up with excel formula's; so a simplied explanation will be most appreciated.

Can you please assist
