How can I add feature in outlook 2007/2010

Hello there,

I have using outlook from morning till end of day, I frequently need to highlight and copy ticket number from outlook, then paste it into a support ticket system to pull the detail history for reviewing.

I am wondering can I write a small program so when I right click on the ticket number from outlook, a special copy feature will automatically copy the ticket number. Set focus to firefox browser where ticket system is opened with.

Please advise what project should I start with visual studio pro 2010? so it will be possible to achieve what I described above?
