Public Contact Folder Exchange 2007

I would like to create a public contacts folder where users will copy contacts to that will then be pushed to our CRM program.  Any recommendation on how to best create this public folder

The following article has the steps to create and configure Public Contact Folder. It talks about Exchange 2000, but the steps remain same for Exchange 2007. It is creating Public Contact Folder in such a way that end user have read only access and anonymous users have no access. You may change these permissions as per the requirement of your CRM program.
