Win 2008 remote dropout

I have setup a cloud win 2008 terminal server within AWS. Everything works perfectly when people connect remotely, with the exception of three offices. There are 2 computers in each office and they all have disconnection issues after a few minutes of inactivity.

I have disabled all timeouts through GPO settings. Desktop NIC power management settings have been disabled and screen savers etc.

The only connection amongst the offices is that they all use the same ISP. I did notice that they also have VNC software on the computers.

Can anyone shed some light on what is going on here?

do you have another terminal server to test with from those three offices?

I have tested from another server. The terminal server does not appear to be the cuase of the dropouts. At the moment it looks like the network printer might be to blame.
