Management Information regarding a Contact Center Exchange Mailbox

We're running Exchange 2010 and used a shared mailbox for mail coming in to our contact center. Does anyone have any experience of implementing a GUI front end tool for the Supervisor's to monitor key MI around messages in the mailbox (e.g. volume of messages, age, time to reply etc)

Ideally I'm looking for an add-on as opposed to a cloud solution.

Unfortunaltey most of this type of reporting is done on the exchange side
Theres not alot of Client Side Reporting apps out there

However, Slipstick does cover the issue and provides a couple tools for you to look at and see if they will suit your needs
