Management Information regarding a Contact Center Exchange Mailbox

We're running Exchange 2010 and used a shared mailbox for mail coming in to our contact center. Does anyone have any experience of implementing a GUI front end tool for the Supervisor's to monitor key MI around messages in the mailbox (e.g. volume of messages, age, time to reply etc)
Ideally I'm looking for an add-on as opposed to a cloud solution.
