SQL Server - Standard Edition vs Enterprise

What are the main differences between the standard and enterprise editions of SQL Server?

The major difference for me between Enterprise and standard is that Enterprise allows Snapshots of the databases which you can use for reporting etc.

Of course there are the always on functions of hot add CPU and memory which are nice.
