Move Outlook 2010 Catagories to New server

I'm moving from one email address(new profile) to another, and from a hosted exchange service to office365. Most, but not all my catagories have migrated.

from what I have seen, there is no way to move the catorgories, I hope I am wrong

Check out http://www.codetwo.com/freeware/catman/

I used this years ago when transferring users from one server to another.  Haven't used it in recent versions of Outlook/Exchange, but worked perfectly.  You can do a one-time export and import.
