I want to make the text to appear in the center of the textbox in crystal reports. Its sitting on the top in the text box. Can it be brought down to the center? There should be a simple way to do that...

There is no way to format it to be centered vertically.

You can add carriage returns (chr(13)) to the front of the text but if the text is of varying length it is difficult to get it to do it properly.

I mean aligning the text in the textbox, like in Word we can align the text in the text box to show in the top, middle or bottom.

We can Size,Position,Format the text,  Is it possible to align the text in text box in crystal reports... Please assist.

How does Indentation work?

No, there is no vertical alignment possible except through the use of carriage returns in the text.

You can align left, right and center horizontally.
