html5 is not what will log you in to a site on the server side, you will need a script on the server to talk to mysql and set login session.

you can however make a nice looking page in html5 which logins in using ajax - so it does not leave the page you are on to login, search "Ajax login script php mysql"

"I am asking for a complete system using html5 and mysql "

There is no such thing without server side programming.  HTML5 is Not a programming language, it is just a page display language.  You can not talk to MySQL with it.  That's why we're recommending the PHP article.

I don't know.  HTML5 is just for decorating pages.  The programming part for controlling logins is PHP and MySQL.

Dave BaldwinFixer of ProblemsCommented:
There is NO example anywhere of a login system using only HTML5 because it is not a programming language.  It is only used to display web pages.
