WINDOWS 2008 SBS BACKUP VSS

Windows 2008 SP2 SBS single server

SInce yesterday backup end with a VSS error message
APplication Event Log SOURCE = BACKUP, event ID = 521


When I run the VSSADMIN LIST WRITERS command,  it tells me that another snapshot is already taking place (reported in the application event Log, VSS, 7001) and the command does not return antything

It seems to me that there is another Snapshot taking place. But I do not know how to stop it
