Is there any tool or method available to compare same table from two different Databases?

I'm using tablediff command. Though it is useful I would like to know is there any free tool present to see the difference visually.

If you have or know please do share.

I use the redgate's  comparison tools although it is not free, you can use the trial version for 30 days. Apex and IDera has the similar tools

What kind of differences are you looking for?  Just trying to find whole rows that exist in one but not the other?  Or are you looking for columns which have been added/removed from one relative to the other?  Or, perhaps just rows where a value has changed in one table but not the other.  Perhaps all of the above?

I will use the database compare shipped as part of VS 2010 and above versions, if you do have that then use it, it is a free tool.
