Exchange server 2007  Spam filter

my ISP says i need to configure my Exchange server Spam filter with stars level(*).

how can i do that ?

Exchange 2007 doesn't use *, it uses an SCL.
Do they scan email and are changing something to include stars? If that is the case then you could write a transport rule to take the number of stars and assign it an SCL value.
