Exchange Color coding not working with Additional mailboxes

We have few users and we have tried to re-create their Outlook profiles but still the issue is that they cant see the Color categories on the additional mailboxes already set by other users who use this mailbox

If its one or few try moving their Mailbox and check ?
Did you try Re-installing Outlook and create a new Outlook profile ?
Is the issue re-producible on a different machine as if not its a Machine profile or OS level corruption possible ?

Look it can be many a things involved so lets try with few and then move as what findings we have on these

Re-installing outlook worked and now its working
