SharePoint 2010 Survey History Retention

I send surveys out on a monthly basis and need to retain the previous months surveys before sending them out for the new month but end users can't fillout a survey if they have already submitted a previous survey unless the previous survey is deleted.

Is there a way to house previous surveys so I can continue sending surveys to the same users monthly

You may want to explore different techniques for surveys. A SharePoint Survey is one option, but it lacks in refinement and possibilities.

Surveys with InfoPath forms are an alternative. Qdabra Software has a wealth of information about the topic, with sample forms and scenarios.

They have regular webinars about their techniques, available on Youtube. Start with this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lM0rSg5Pqgg and explore the rest of their channel for ideas.
