Remove a symbol from a column Excel cells

I have a spreadsheet of address from a customer. The first column has school names with the majority of the with a * in front of the name.
*Algona
*Ames
Des Moines
*Alta
*Waukee

How do I remove the * ?

Do a find-replace

but instead of the * use
