Vmotion - Vm version 5.0 and 5.1 fault.cannot access vm device.summary

Hi - I cant vmotion a VM - error is fault.cannot access vm device.summary

its a exchange 2010 CAS server. NLB cluster - I even shut it down. It did vmotion then - but when i went to power it on it came up on the source host (attached to source host) - it seems it has all same config /network and storage as the other hosts. - its the only host that will not vmotion - help?

i found the problem - google finally found someone with same error :) - a german site - I translated to english - it was simply that the CD drive was not on client like the others - but on host or iso - so set to CD drive to client - and it all worked. I did suspect the CD drive didnt look closly at the VM device settings to notice
