Have you tried running a repair from Add/Remove programs or from the original installation media?

The installer files were probably removed by disk cleanup because they were in a temp location. The only way to repair the installation is using the original installation disc. There is no other way because you don't have the installer files saved.

You will not be able to find a download of this anywhere because of the age.
