Hello All,

I end up in situations where I have to dump emails (.msg) files into specific folders in my desktop. Now when I go into that folder that has all the .msg file - in order to find my target email, I have to open up EACH .msg file in that folder to get to it. Painful!!

Finally, I found something that makes it easier - viewing and searching .msg file with  file directory view!!
http://www.encryptomatic.com/msgviewer/msgviewer-pro-view-msg-files.html

But it TOO expensive. Can you tell me if there is a FREE tool or a much cheaper option that does the the same thing?

Please assist

Have you looked at windows live mail

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-live/essentials

If you decide to use this there are two options
1: all the live apps
2: choose the app you want.
Choose mail only.
