New mailboxes take until overnight to resolve

This has only started happening recently but If I create a new user and a mailbox on this DC I can login but try to set-up Outlook and it fails to resolve the name, "Name Could Not be Matched to a Name in the Address List"..  Try it the next day and it works..

Server 2008 R2, Exchange 2007

Yes simple cause OAB gets genegrated everday morning 4-5am approx

Either you can run the below command and update right away or wait
Get-OfflineAddressBook | Update-OfflineAddressBook
