Log into WHM as root via www.domain.com/whm

Define a list of 'features' via 'Feature manager' in the left hand menu (under Packages title) which includes the features you want

Define a 'Package' via 'Add package' in the left hand menu and select the 'feature list' you just created along with disc allowances etc

Go to 'List accounts' and select the account you're working with (via the [+] icon)

Click 'Change plan' and select the package you just defined

Next time you log into cPanel with that account you'll see the features you defined
