How do I put an Unread Shortcut in My Favorites Window in Outlook 2010

Have a Client where I just upgraded 23 Stations to Office 2010

Many of them have more than 2 pop accounts...

How do I put a Shortcut in the Favorites Section for Unread email?

Unless you keep all your unread email in one folder, you can't (at least so far as I know as a heavy user of Outlook). If your users are filing email into folders without reading it, then the Favorites would have to mirror all the folders.

Best solution (I use it myself) - Keep all unread email in the Inbox and do not file any until it has been read. That may mean removing rules (I did).

The other solution (I also use this) is to be diligent in reading mail.
