open XML encoded PPTX direct with PPT

Hi,

I'm still struggling with XML PPTX!!!!
My chazirman begin to be nervous.

I did encode the PPTX dynamics but when the file is finished to download
pruopose XML format on his Laptop instead for myself PPTX

It seems I must add a MIME TYPE somwhere.

I've tried include something in the encoded XML.


Opening a PPTX with Notepad gives something very strange

I don't know if I can find a solution in adding something in the XML or it is not possible.



So please any answer would be appreciate.

You closed your previous question on this topic - can I assume that the solution provided there did not work?

Did you have a look at this URL

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee309278%28v=office.12%29.aspx

For pptx you can use the Mime type

application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.presentationml.presentation

as in

@header("Content-type: application/application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.presentationml.presentation");

If that does not work then do this test

1. Save the XML file that is downloaded
2. Open Power Point
3. Browse to the file
4. Open the file

Does it open without any errors?

If so then the mime type setting should work.
