user picks day in jquery datepicker and the day changes the number of options in a select menu

for example user selects day 7 of month

and dropdown select menu

Well I would start with an html structure and a working datepicker -> Then go to the jquer UI documentation and read about events of the datepicker -> then build your function which changes the amount of select options with a loop.

In the onchange function you'll need the day number returned by the datepicker and then make a for loop to generate your select options on it.
