Consolidate Pivot Tables with page field

Hi Experts,

Please see the sample file attached and please let me know how I can get required output that is shown in required Tab, I am getting what there in actual Tab, I want to rename Items in page filed as shown in required tab, as this is  a same format data in different tabs that have different years as a differentiator for more readability I want  items in the field to be renamed as sheet tab name i.e. year( 1993, 1994, 1995)

You can just overtype the "Item1", "Item2", "Item3" labels in the pivot table with 1993, 1994, and 1995.  see attached.

The Item1, Item2 and Item3 follow the same order as the multiple consolidated ranges that you used to build the pivot table date source.   See the graphic below from step 2a where the mulitple ranges were defined with the Pivot Table Wizard (ALT-D-P).  Multiple Consolidated RangesTo manually validate, double click on one of the numbers in the Pivot Table and it will generate a new worksheet with the data rows that make up that one summarized number.  You can validate that against the original data ranges (1993 or 1994 or 1995 - Depending on the number you double clicked on in the pivot table.
