from VMWare website & what are the links to
click to download it?

So if I'm currently at ESXi 5.0 Update 1, I can just install the
patch from the link given by hanccocka to get to Update 2?

Yes, download the patch, and apply to your server manully, or via Update Manager. All patches are cummulative, so just download the very latest ESXi 5.0 patch which will include U2.
