Put the text in its own div and style it with a width, height, and overflow-y:scroll.

greetings  jonathanduane2010, , You might consider doing a more "modern" presentation, these days many web sites, do NOT do a link to another page, as you have for your -
<p><a href="http://piratescove.yourcitybeats.com/index.php/home">More</a><br />

instead they have a scrollable DIV with ALL of the TEXT content that is offered in the link at "http://piratescove.yourcitybeats.com/index.php/home
OR they have a "HIDDEN" div, that when you click the "More" it shows the HIDDEN div below the  "Swashbuckling Fun for Little Treasures and VIPs" Text display.
With all of the display options available now in DHTML and CSS, more and more web sites now use extended scrollable Divs or HIDDEN (dispaly:none;) divs to show on click as in -

you will need to change the - style="width:96%; height:270px; overflow:auto; margin-bottom:5px;"
to have it be the correct height and margin

<div class="box_row1">
<div style="width:96%; height:270px; overflow:auto; margin-bottom:5px;">
