An administrative assistans is having issues sending meeting invites from a manager's calendar
Hi Experts,
I have an issue where an administrative assistant is experiencing issues. She is sending meeting invites from the Manager's calendar that will not send but sit indefinitely in Manager's outbox. I confirmed with another administrative assistant and she had the same problem today and in fact, it has been happening intermittently for some time without resolution.
Can anyone please suggest an action plan to resolve this issue? Please suggest more than one alternative. Rebuild the Manager's outlook profile is not an option here
Manager's Outlook version is Outlook 2013
Administrative assistant I. Outlook version 2010
Administrative assistant II. Outlook version 2013
The manager has a smartphone Windows Phone 8 that synchronizes with Exchange's mailbox
Exchange version. 2010 SP3
2 CAS/HUB servers
2 MBX/UM servers in a DAG
All of the exchange servers are Hyper-V guest VMs.
I am not aware of the same issue happening in other users or managers.

Recreate your manager outlook profile then try to send meeting invitation. And if you want to rebuild manager outlook profile, then follow these steps : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/272227
