Multiple Mailboxes in Outlook 2010 Profile

I Have a user who needs to access her and her managers mailboxes at the same time. I have given full mailbox access from Exchange 2010 (SP1) server and the account got auto-mapped in outlook.

The user has being complaining with regard to the issues such as sending e-mails from the managers mailbox sometimes gets stuck and performance is really slow.

I am running Outlook 2010 (SP1).

Please let me know if there is any known issues with this configuration and whether there is any patch i can apply to fix.

Do you have cache mode in the outlook profile on or of? You can switch this to try...

Please 1ft check RPC connection

outlook /rpcdiag


outlook /rpc

Outlook /rpcdiag shows established no Failed packets. It seems when i have the additional Mailbox added i face issues not when only one is present.

Upgraded to exchange 2010 SP3. Problem solved.
