Connectivity error on Barracuda load balancer.

I have a Barracuda load balancer.  For some reason, there is a status error for one of my domain controllers. It couldn't talk on port 636 for LDAPS protocol on that server. However, when I was checking that server, I found this port has been opened on the firewall. The server is a windows 2003 server. How could I trouble shoot for this?

The symptom of this issue is when users are logging into Oracle system, they need try multiply times to get the log in screen. I am not sure if this relates to the Barracuda error. Please advise.
