how to check which port LDAPS service use?

I have a Barracuda load balancer. &nbsp;For some reason, there is a status error for one of my domain controllers. It couldn't talk on port 636 for LDAPS protocol on that server. However, when I was checking that server, I found this port has been opened on the firewall. The server is a windows 2003 server. How could I trouble shoot for this?<br />

The symptom of this issue is when users are logging into Oracle system, they need try multiply times to get the log in screen. I am not sure if this relates to the Barracuda error. Please advise.<br />

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server. Important upgrades included integrating Internet Information Services (IIS), improvements to Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GP), and the migration to Automated System Recovery (ASR).
