Visual Studio - C# - Download and Separate  *.PNG Image Layers

Visual Studio 2010 - C# - Winforms

I need to download then separate image layers in my project. Any popular file format, png, etc.

Anyone know how to do this?

Mmmm... for what I know, .png files have no layers, they are single-layer bitmaps.

I don't know much about this, but I have a png in Photoshop now and it has an option to "Divide Scanned Photos." And it does splits these into separate images.

If it cannot be done, then I'll have to figure something else out.
