Hi I  cant connect to my work computer from Win 7 SP1 via Win SBS2008 - It used to work last time I used it about a month ago. I get the error "The wizard cannot configure remote desktop connection settings.  Make sure that the client version of remote desktop protocol (RDP) 6.0 or later is installed on this computer."

RDP 8.0 is installed so I am told via MS Updates. This is a Win 7 Home Premium Dell machine.

OWA (Outlook Web Access) works fine once it has logged in, it's just the 'Connect to a Computer' that doesn't work, I haven't tried the 'Internal Network' as we don't have one set up.

Make sure your remote security settings are set properly. There are 2 different choices--try both and see which one works for you (see picture). Get there from Control Panel, System, Remote tab.
