Wsus: Is there a way to pre-fill the wsus repository before doing a first time sync to save $$ of satelite Internet

Hi,
I have 2 site:
Site A which has high speed internet located in a big city. Wsus is installed and working, and the repository is 5gb.

Site B which is located in a remote area uses slow, expensive Satellite Internet access.

I want to install Wsus at that office to save bandwidth but the initial synchronization would take 5gb. Is there a way I can copy the 5gb on my future wsus server at site B using a USB key and then when asking Wsus to sync, it will find out that the files are already there and from then on will only download new updates?
tx!
